This Privacy Policy explains how PurposeByte(“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit our website or contact us. We aim to collect only what we need to provide our services and to respond to you.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, request a free audit, or request a service overview, we collect your name, email, and any phone, company, or message details you provide.
- Account information. If you become a client and create an account, we store your name, email, and a securely hashed password.
- Usage data. We use privacy-friendly analytics that measure aggregate page views and events. It does not use tracking cookies or build advertising profiles.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and send the resources or audit you requested.
- To provide and bill for services you engage us for.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site and our services: hosting (Vercel), our database (Neon), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), and workflow automation (Make.com). These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and subscriber information for as long as it's useful for following up and for our business records, and client/billing records for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at fthiessen13@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from follow-ups at any time by replying to ask us to stop.
